Protected: Mr. Eric Weaver, President and Managing Partner of Weaver Global
The efficient operation of an oil or gas project or internal company process has a significant impact on the returns generated by the investment or the bottom line value of the asset. The components involved in operating a project properly are varied and must be done correctly.
At Weaver Global Resources, we have learned through the years that no one truly values our projects like we do. Together with our partners, have much at stake and it is in our mutual interest to protect the operating integrity of each and every well we own from inception through. We are accountable to our partners from the field on every well we own. Field reports and updates are a top priority at Weaver Global Resources and must be ensured to be on time. Wells have pieces of equipment subject to wear and tear which require regular maintenance to obtain maximum returns from it as an asset. Any unattended well issues, deferred maintenance or oversight can be costly to correct, thus making a regular maintenance program a must. Landowners are kept happy by addressing any and all issues as they arise. We pride ourselves on great relations as it comes to our land owners. Being accountable to our partners for all of the above operational considerations and more, but not responsible for them, was an unacceptable situation for us. In consideration of this, we created Weaver Global Operating, LLC and choose to control this arm of the business in house in its entirety. This puts ourselves and our partner in the best possible position, in every way.
Weaver Global Resources, LLC has a two tiered strategy for its oil and gas well production to maximize the profits of the wells for ourselves and our partners. The first tier maximizes production for major returns and long term revenues (I.E. “Holding”). The second tier maximizes production for major returns while marketing the property for sale at either twenty four or thirty months and at a price structure which the market shall bear (I.E. “Selling”).
